By using the MyDivorceDoctor.com website or word processing services, you agree to follow and be bound by these
terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions, as we may revise them at
any time without any notice to you.
MyDivorceDoctor provides a word processing service for the typing of legal
documents related to the filing of divorce. MyDivorceDoctor is not a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship is
created by your use of our services. By using the services of MyDivorceDoctor, you acknowledge that you are aware that MyDivorceDoctor
is not a law firm, nor are they a substitute for an attorney-client relationship. MyDivorceDoctor may review your submitted
questionnaire for typographical errors, such as misspellings, or request additional information if portions of the questionnaire
are left blank or answers submitted on the questionnaire are not internally consistent, however MyDivorceDoctor is not obligated
to do so. MyDivorceDoctor does not review submitted questionnaires in order to ensure that they are legally sound or to make
any legal judgments as to their contents, nor can MyDivorceDoctor provide any legal advice to the client in the completion
of the questionnaire.
MyDivorceDoctor strives to provide completed legal documents that are current and applicable
for the jurisdiction in which they are to be filed. However, this may not always be possible as the required documents vary
from jurisdiction to jurisdiction and the law may change swiftly. Should the client encounter any problems in filing their
divorce documents, because the documents are not appropriate for the jurisdiction in which they are filing, they must notify
MyDivorceDoctor within ten days of attempting to file. At which time, MyDivorceDoctor will either issue a full-refund to the
client, or else issue new documents to the client to be postmarked within fourteen days of being notified of a problem by
the client, at the discretion of MyDivorceDoctor.
MyDivorceDoctor provides word processing services for clients
who wish to represent themselves in filing for divorce (to file pro se). Some clients may require the assistance of an attorney.
Clients of MyDivorceDoctor assume full responsibility for determining if their situation requires the assistance of an attorney,
and assume full responsibility and any potential expense related to the procuring of an attorney.
Privacy Policy:
MyDivorceDoctor respects the privacy of its clients, and makes no use of personal information gained from its clients, except
for the express purpose of word processing divorce documents as instructed by its clients. A complete Privacy Policy
may be reviewed at www.MyDivorceDoctor.com, and is expressly incorporated into this agreement by reference.
Acknowledgement:
By using MyDivorceDoctor’s services or accessing the MyDivorceDoctor.com website, you acknowledge that you have read
these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Expense Beyond the Production of Documents: Fees
charged by MyDivorceDoctor cover only the expense of creating the documents for filing. Additional expenses that may be associated
with the divorce, such as making copies of the completed documents or filing fees, are the sole responsibility of the client.
